Oh London, how great Thou art! Except for the massive spit globules that decorate your streets and pavements. And the pedestrian-rage-inducing-tourists who chat merrily on the middle of the sidewalk forgetting that others have places to go to and people to see. And the people who skipped lessons in social decorum and think it is okay to pick their noses, dig in their mouths and cough and splutter without reservation, consequently placing ‘it’ all over bus and tube handle which innocent passengers (like myself) are forced to grab onto during bus lurches and the like. And the ‘crazies’ suffering from missing-the-tube-paranoia, who feel the need to barge onto the train whilst people are trying to get off. And inconsiderate bus drivers who so rudely ignore those of us wildly flapping our oyster cards in bystanders’ faces to ensure that we are noticed. (more…)
